Higher Homeschool LLC
Higher Homeschool is an Orthodox Christian based learning program that offers extra help to families schooling from home.
Each morning children are welcome to join our virtual prayer readings for free .
There are virtual group classes offered each school year: "Loving God!", "Phonics Fun" and "Greek for Me!". Classes are geared towards Preschool through early elementary levels. Scheduling is based on interest and availability.
Private lessons are available in a variety of subjects. Check out the flyer below and contact Vicky to schedule your weekly lesson. Sessions can be done in-person or through ZOOM.

Greek for Me!
This is a virtual class on the modern Greek language. It is an introductory class geared for students from PreK through 3rd grade. We sing and learn the Greek Alphabet, the colors, and some beginner phrases. Each class is 35 minutes long. Group classes may be offered during the school year. Alternately, one on one classes can be arranged by reaching out to Vicky at higherhomeschool @gmail.com.
Mission Statement
The goal of Higher Homeschool is to provide lessons rich in faith and academics, vitally supplementing a child’s education; therefore, helping that child reach his or her full Christian potential.
Staff
Ms. Vicky has been teaching PreK and Kindergarten for over six years.
She is Lead Teacher Certified in levels Infant through Kindergarten and also Director Certified through EEC.
Ms.Vicky has her degree in Elementary Education and is licensed to teach K-6 in Massachusetts.
Though her primary language is English, she also speaks Greek and Spanish.
Along with running Higher Homeschool, she also teaches Elementary level classes for the Saint John of Damascus Orthodox Educational Initiative.
Loving God!
Our Loving God! class is offered virtually on a weekly basis. Each week is a bit different. Some day we learn about specific Bible stories. Other days, we learn about the lives of our beloved orthodox Saints and discuss how we can learn from them. We also cover other various subjects, including reviewing the Ten Commandments, discussing virtues, looking at icons of the major feastdays more. Each class is 35 minutes long. Group classes may be offered during the school. Alternately, one on one classes can be arranged by emailing higherhomeschool@gmail.com.
Phonics Fun!
This class is good for PreK, Kindergarten and early elementary students who need some extra phonics practice. We work on letter sounds, blending sounds together and read together. Each class is 35 minutes long. Group classes may be offered during the school. Alternately, one on one classes can be arranged by emailing higherhomeschool@gmail.com.
